Our first Snow and it's only September!

Yep, it's crazy stuff! We've been told that it can snow this early, but everyone even people that live here are shocked when it does cause it's so super early for it to snow. I'm hoping it's a good sign that it's going to be a AWESOME year for snow. The last two Christmas I got skis and ski boots and have only used them twice so I'm looking forward to putting them to more use this year! The boys were so excited it was snowing! I can't wait till it really snows alot then they'll really be shocked! Totally looking forward to a white christmas! Kaitin's little hands and face were freezing but I couldn't get he him to come inside. He asked, mom can we make snowballs and have a snowball fight! He's totally ready for the snow, snowball fights, snowmen, hot chocolate. As am I, I love dressing for the cold weather and then when your freezing and you walk into a warm house or drinking something hot when it's freezing makes your drink taste so much better. Bring on the snow!

Finally came home!

Koen finally got to come home on the 24th of August! It's so nice to be home and know he's now on the road to recovery! He's such a strong little boy. He truly has amazed me! I get mad still some days and just wondering why, how come, this isn't fair! But little Koen just keeps on smiling and takes it one day at a time. He has taught me so much and I couldn't be more proud of him! Love you Koe man!

Gavin's 2nd Birthday!

Gavin's Birthday was is on the 31st of July but considering that was the day we found out Koen had a cancer tumor and then we spend 25days in the hospital with him. We didn't get to celebrate Gavin's birthday till 9th of September. We had to celebrate it though I was not going to just forget about my baby turning two. I can not believe I no longer have a baby but three little boys. WOW! He has brought so much joy to our lives, we feel so blessed to have him. He just loved getting the attention a birthday a brings and for sure the cake. As you will be able to tell!
